• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Diploma in Mechanical

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.

• Ability to read mechanical drawings.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork ability.

• Experience 6 Years or more years in garment industry, with good knit factory exposure and ability to manage more than 2400 machines. 

• Knowledge and experience to handle complete maintenance and repair work of all the machines of the factory.

• Hands on experience on specialized machines.

• Must have the knowledge and ability to incorporate techniques and development of attachments and folders to improve productivity and quality.

• Ability to lead maintenance team and improve performance by providing training to the mechanical department.

• Must have the leadership skills and must be able to work independently and coordinate efficiently with the relevant departments to get the job done.

• Salary Review: Yearly.
