Responsibilities & Context:
• Prepare production plan based on order quantity, capacity & shipment schedule.
• Develop and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plan.
• Ensure proper line loading plan as per factory capacity.
• Monitor daily production progress and shipment status.
• Follow up with Cutting, Sewing, Finishing & Commercial teams.
• Ensure on-time shipment as per buyer requirement.
• Track WIP (Work in Progress) and take corrective action for delay.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and IE team for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly planning reports for management.
• Analyze production gap and suggest recovery plan.
