Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with buyers regarding order details, costing, sampling, and production updates
Prepare and follow up on quotations and costing sheets
Coordinate with production, planning, quality, and commercial teams
Monitor order status from development to shipment
Ensure on-time sample submission and approval
Maintain T&A (Time and Action) calendar
Handle fabric and accessories sourcing coordination
Follow up on lab dips, trims approval, and bulk production
Resolve order-related issues and ensure buyer satisfaction
Prepare shipment documents and coordinate with commercial department
