• 2–6 years of experience in woven garments production·      

• Good knowledge of woven production processes·   

• Production planning and line balancing knowledge.

• Supervise and manage overall woven production floor operations to ensure smooth workflow and daily target achievement

• Plan, organize, and control sewing, cutting, finishing, and related activities on the floor

• Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per production plan and shipment schedule

• Monitor line balancing, manpower allocation, and machine utilization for maximum efficiency

• Follow up hourly production and take immediate corrective actions for any shortfall

• Coordinate with IE, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow

• Ensure style changeover and line setup are completed on time with minimal downtime

• Control WIP (Work in Progress) and maintain proper material flow between processes

• Maintain required quality standards and work closely with QA team to reduce defects and rework

• Monitor operators’ performance and ensure productivity improvement

• Train, guide, and motivate line supervisors, chiefs, and operators

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, SOPs, and company policies

• Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping (5S) on the production floor

• Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

• Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and factory assets

• Coordinate with store and cutting section to ensure timely input availability

• Reduce wastage, overtime, and production costs through efficient management

• Support management in achieving production KPIs such as efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery

• Handle floor-related employee concerns and maintain good teamwork
