• Must have a strong ability to blend traditional designs with new trends and market needs.

• Proven experience in material sourcing and managing production output.

• Experience in client meetings and client sourcing is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Natunatta Boutique House is looking for a creative and dynamic Merchandiser cum Fashion Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, a keen eye for blending traditional designs with contemporary trends, and the ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to client. This role requires a combination of creative design skills and practical merchandising and sales expertise.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop new designs by blending traditional aesthetics with current fashion trends and market demands.

• Source high-quality fabrics and materials for production.

• Oversee the production process to ensure maximum output and quality standards are met.

• Conduct client meetings, source new clients, and build strong customer relationships.

• Visit and merchandise assigned Modern Trade outlets (a minimum of 6–8 daily) to ensure proper product display and visibility.

• Execute product sampling and consumer engagement activities to boost brand awareness and drive trial purchases.

• Maintain and organize product shelves, Point of Sale (POS) materials, and promotional displays according to company standards.

• Collect daily orders from outlets and work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure the availability and proper shelf arrangement of all company products in assigned outlets.

• Prioritize sales for near-expiry products to minimize wastage and optimize stock rotation.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly merchandising and sampling reports.

• Communicate regularly with outlet managers and the sales team to ensure smooth product flow and promotion execution.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
