• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of garment washing techniques and chemicals.

• Fabric behavior understanding (especially denim and woven fabrics).

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Time management and ability to work under pressure

Ensure optimized development, standardization, and execution of garment washing processes to consistently achieve targeted shade, hand feel, shrinkage, and durability parameters, while maintaining production timelines, chemical efficiency, and cost control.

•        Ensure washing procedures for different fabric types are maintained according to customers’ specification.

•        Ensure consistent quality in color, texture, shrinkage, and hand feel.

•        Select appropriate chemicals, enzymes, and processes for each wash treatment.

•        Monitor production to ensure procedures are followed correctly.

•        Troubleshoot washing issues such as uneven fading, stains, or fabric damage.

•        Conduct tests and sample development before bulk production as per requirement.

•        Maintain records of recipes, processes, and results.

•        Coordinate with production, quality control, and finishing teams.
