Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• B.Sc. / Diploma in Textile Engineering is preferred.

• Minimum 10–15 years of practical experience in Knitting and Dyeing operations.

• Must have strong practical experience in sourcing, coordinating, and executing Knitting and Dyeing production through external subcontract factories.

• Previous experience as Department Head in Knit Composite, Textile, or Garments Industry is mandatory.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Good knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, cost control, and vendor management.

• Computer literacy, especially in Excel, ERP, and reporting systems.

Age Limit:

• 30-40 years (relax able for highly qualified candidates)

Due to business expansion, Friends knitwear & Accessories Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for this following position.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Knitting and Dyeing operations of the company.

• Identify, evaluate, and develop subcontract factories for Knitting and Dyeing production.

• Negotiate pricing, capacity, lead time, and commercial terms with subcontract vendors.

• Ensure production quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.

• Monitor yarn allocation, production planning, and capacity utilization.

• Supervise fabric quality including GSM, shade, shrinkage, spirality, and other technical parameters.

• Follow up daily production status, pending lots, and delivery schedules.

• Resolve production, quality, and delivery-related issues promptly.

• Prepare and submit Production Reports, MIS Reports, and Cost Analysis Reports to management.

• Lead, train, and monitor the performance of team members and related departments.

• Maintain strong communication and long-term business relationships with subcontract factories.

• Mobile bill allowance will be provided
