Job Context:
A reputed 100% Export oriented RMG Group is looking for a skilled HR & Admin professional to manage and streamline human resources and administrative functions of it’s Dyeing Factory. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll management and ensuring compliance. The HR & Admin professional will also coordinate training programs, handle employee grievances, and foster a positive work environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required to support the smooth operation of the factory and enhance employee satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
To do Day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & factory affairs.
To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
Prepare attendance report in coordination with the IT Dept.
To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages and allowances.
To maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as up-dated.
To maintain & prepare employee 'Resign List' and 'New Recruitment List' for every running month.
To maintain management guidelines by updating and recommending human resource & administrative policies and procedures.
To maintain administrative & human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Motivate, Counsel Workers & staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization
To monitor grey fabric receiving & ensure on-time finished fabric delivery.
Look after occupational health and safety issues for the assigned area.
Carrying out floor visit to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
Making workers & staffs aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
To execute Orientation, Training and awareness program for the Workers.
Deal with all other Admin & HR related issues.
Sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law and ILO Convention relevant to Dyeing Factory.
Liaison with Fire & Civil Defense, Labour Office, Labour Court, Police Station etc.
Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
