Responsibilities & Context:

Production Operation and Workflow Management

• Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.

• Solve any production or operational issues promptly to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain records, reports, and updates for management review.

• Closely monitor Cutting, Sewing, Quality, Sample, Planning and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.

• Ensure complete tasks to make finished goods from raw materials.

• Coordinate between departments for proper material flow, quality assurance, and shipment preparation.

• Setting daily, weekly, and monthly output targets aligned with buyer shipping schedules.

• Responsible for daily production and work to achieve daily production target with buyer required quality standard.

• Continuously improve operational efficiency and minimize delays or errors.

• Minimizing fabric wastage, lowering overhead costs, and managing overtime effectively.

• Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction. Ensures that factory produces quality product at minimum alteration and repair cost.

• Follow up industrial engineering functions and systems.

• Setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory.

• Strictly follow up hourly production and work for increasing. Monitoring sewing floor layouts and machine configurations to remove bottlenecks and boost productivity.

• Manage the factory PRODUCTION operations and ensure that factory is running profitably. 

• Responsible for operation and operational staff control and management. Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.

• To motivate employees and enrich their knowledge in certain areas training program is arranged by him.

Supply Chain and Inter-Department Coordination, Quality assurance & others

• Material tracking: Following up on raw material statuses, including fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Department sync: Bridging gaps between planning, merchandising, cutting, quality, sewing, finishing, warehouse and commercial shipping units.

• Coordinate all department for smooth Garments manufacturing. Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issues involved merchandising.

• Quality assurance: Reducing defect rates, managing first-pass quality approvals, and overseeing final packing reviews.

• Factory environment: Encouraging safe, clean floor spaces using modern tools like Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.

• Buyer communication: Updating international buyers, Follow-up lead times, and sample approvals
