Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 18 years of experience in Quality Management within the Knit Composite RMG industry.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role (AGM/DGM/GM – Quality).
Hands-on experience working with internationally reputed buyers will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Proven oversight and handling capacity for 60 to 70 active sewing lines in a large-scale apparel manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of garment quality systems, AQL standards, quality assurance methodologies, and inspection procedures.
Strong understanding of Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing quality requirements.
Experience in root cause analysis, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in MS Office and quality reporting systems.

A leading Knit Composite RMG Group in Bangladesh is looking for a highly experienced, proactive, and result-oriented professional for the position of Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements, maintaining product quality standards, reducing defects, and driving continuous quality improvement across all manufacturing processes.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for the Knit Composite manufacturing facility.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems to ensure compliance with buyer requirements and international quality standards.
Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and control quality performance throughout Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, and Packing processes.
Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure effective implementation of inline, end-line, and final inspection procedures.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), Planning, and technical teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Lead buyer quality audits and ensure compliance with customer quality expectations.
Reduce DHU, alteration, rejection, repair, and customer complaints through proactive quality management.
Develop and mentor QA/QC Managers, Quality Controllers, Auditors, QMS and Inspectors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Prepare quality performance reports and present improvement plans to Top Management.
