Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with buyers about order details
Develop samples and follow up approval process
Calculate costing and prepare price quotation
Source fabrics, trims, and accessories
Coordinate with production, QC, and suppliers
Monitor order status and ensure on-time shipment
Solve production or quality issues quickly
Prepare order sheets, TNA, and shipment documents
Maintain buyer relationship and handle emails
