Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order requirements and delivery schedules.
- Develop line loading plans according to factory capacity and machine availability.
- Monitor production capacity and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline.
- Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, cutting, sewing, washing, finishing, and packing departments.
- Follow-up on raw materials, trims, fabrics, and accessories availability.
- Track order status from sampling to final shipment.
- Resolve production-related issues and bottlenecks promptly.
- Monitor production progress and compare actual output with planned targets.
- Prepare production reports, WIP (Work in Progress) reports, efficiency reports, and shipment status updates.
- Update management regarding delays, risks, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Maintain regular communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Attend production meetings and provide status updates.
- Follow up on urgent orders and shipment deadlines.
- Any others task assigns by appropriate management.
