Responsibilities & Context:
- Good understanding pattern, fit, CAD & consumption.
- Implementing customers quality manual in the facilities.
- Ensuring factory quality control & improvement.
- Lead and manage customer quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with AEO and A&F standards.
- Oversee quality control across washing and cut & sew production processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality management.
- Ensure production processes meet brand-specific quality guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with production, technical, merchandising and washing teams to maintain consistent product quality.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and process reviews to identify improvement areas.
- Provide technical guidance and training to quality teams and factory staff.
- Monitor quality KPIs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to reduce defects.
- Maintain effective communication with brand representatives and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure 6S and Safety in the factory.
