• Know the operation of ERP, Data color Spectro-photometer and other machines of Lab Dyeing.

• Prepare accurate dye recipes based on buyer shade standards.

• Select appropriate dyes, chemicals and auxiliaries for required shade matching.

• Support continuous improvement for dyeing recipes and processes.

• Plan, schedule and execute of all lab work as per SOP.

• Ensure the in-time lab dip delivery, color code entry.

• Work with lab colleagues, dye-house and marketing as a team for the improvement of

• lab support.

• Recipe prediction, recipe correction and color related decision-making ability.

• Provide technical assistance & advice to relevant work to the subordinate.

• Assist production team in minimizing shade variations and dye consumption.

• Any other responsibilities assign by the management.
