Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 50 years
- Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities, new development and strong communication skill to stabilize modern Lean thinking concept.
- Good knowledge at Microsoft Office, Modern inventory management software & Procurement software.
- Strong communication skills in both English & Bengali and interpersonal skill.
- Excellent documentation skills related to manpower.
Responsibilities & Context:
Leading group of companies involved in diversified business is looking for Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Composite Knit Garment Industry. The candidate must have Master's /MBA with above 15 years working experience in respective field in well reputed high compliance Industry dealing with top international brands like as M&S, C&A, H&M, American Eagle, Mango, Puma, GAP, Nike, Primark etc.
- Candidate must have multiple experiences like Marketing, Operation, Dyeing, Quality, Administration, Compliance, IE and over all supervision of knit composite Industry. Marketing background will get high preference.
- Supervising the construction of high-tech garments factory.
- Overall responsible for the operation of business.
- Coordinating with Buyers, Suppliers and factory owners.
- Improving production quality and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance, transparency, and stable operations.
- Strong communication skill and at least 5 years working experience as CEO or similar post in knit composite industry running over 100 lines.
