Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and manage the overall production planning process for knit garments operations.
Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production plans according to buyer requirements and factory capacity.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, sourcing, washing, finishing, and shipment teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor production status and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Analyze capacity planning and line loading for maximum efficiency.
Maintain accurate planning reports and shipment tracking.
Communicate regularly with top management regarding production progress and challenges.
Implement planning strategies to improve productivity and reduce lead time.
