Education:

10–15 years of experience in the garments manufacturing industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management position in knit garments operations.
Candidates currently working as AGM, DGM, GM, or in equivalent positions are encouraged to apply, subject to relevant experience.
Proven experience in managing large-scale knit garments manufacturing operations.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of production planning, efficiency improvement, quality control, and resource management.
Ability to manage multiple production lines and achieve production and shipment targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional to lead the overall garments manufacturing operations of our 100% knit garments factory. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, improving productivity and efficiency, maintaining product quality, optimizing operational costs, and ensuring on-time shipment.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise overall factory operations, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing.
Develop and implement production plans to meet daily, monthly, and shipment targets.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and production resources.
Monitor production efficiency, line performance, quality, DHU, rejection, and rework.
Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Commercial, and Supply Chain departments.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
Ensure effective line balancing, SMV implementation, capacity utilization, and workflow management.
Control production costs, reduce wastage, and improve overall operational performance.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, workplace safety, and applicable labor laws.
Implement lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, motivate, and develop production managers, line chiefs, supervisors, and other team members.
Monitor production progress and prepare regular operational reports for top management.
Ensure timely completion of orders according to approved production plans and shipment schedules.
