• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive process improvement and achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of embroidery techniques, machinery, and production management.
• Proven experience in managing a large team in a factory setting.     

• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs for smooth operational flow.

• Optimize resources and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Lead, mentor, and develop factory teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Coordinate with sourcing, merchandising, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for process enhancement and cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standards.

• Lead and manage the entire embroidery factory operations, including production, planning, and quality control.

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are consistently met.
