• Minimum 10 years of experience in seamless knitting section.

• Proven ability to manage seamless knitting design in Bangladesh and international markets.

• Strong leadership, planning and troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with ERP system MS office applications.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Manager- Seamless Knitting Design to lead and expand our knitting design globally. The Manager- Seamless Knitting Design shall devote himself exclusively to the affairs and business of the company and will not directly or indirectly in any manner be interested or be engaged either personally in an advisory capacity or if any capacity whatsoever in any business, trade or interest of any person, firm or company other than that the company without the company’s written consent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Head of Seamless RND & Knitting.
• Responsible for creative designs for offering customer new products in every two months as well as regular development given by customers for regular orders.
• Training of staff working in Seamless Knitting Design Team.
• Ensure proper systems are implemented for monitoring processes involved.
• Sending formal reports to the concerned departments within the defined time frame.
• Other related duties as the company may reasonably request to be done in connection with the business.
• Diligently and faithfully and to the best of his ability perform the duties foe which he is employed and shall obey at all times the lawful orders of the company.
• Not to divulge any information concerning the company or associated companies or any of their dealings transactions or affairs which may come to his knowledge during the course of the employment without the consent of the company.
