Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for co-ordination with factories, fabric & accessories suppliers and ensuring smooth flow of production.
Responsible for Sampling developments, production approvals and quality management.
Designing quality management systems and training the quality department.
Responsible for New product development and sampling.
Responsible for Order Processing from approval stage to sewing line execution.
Responsible for complete Merchandising communication for any necessary requirements from clients.
Analyze the line wise productions, line balancing, workers individual efficiency, production efficiency.
Conduct the training program for the un-skilled operators, supervisors and Quality controllers.
