Experience:

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 23 to 38 years

• 2-6 years of strong experience in IT infrastructure (servers, AD, firewall, virtualization, network) in a medium to large organization
• experience in textile/garments group will be an advantage.
• experience in system administration / network administration /infrastructure support.

Technical Skills (Preferred)

• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Basic Linux server knowledge (advantage).
• Firewall administration (Fortinet / others), VPN, routing, VLAN.
• Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) knowledge will be an added advantage. Experience with Microsoft 365 / Email systems / File server / Storage solutions.
• Basic understanding of CCTV, IP Phone, IoT connectivity (advantage).

The IT Infrastructure & Systems Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting core IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, network, firewall, backup, Active Directory, email, and critical business systems. The role ensures high availability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure across SLG units.

Key Responsibilities

Server & Systems Management

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows / Linux servers, file servers, domain controllers,and application servers.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, user accounts, and access rights.
• Monitor server performance, health, and resource utilization and take proactive actions.
• Coordinate with application teams (ERP, IoT, BI, etc.) to ensure smooth hosting and system availability.

Network & Security Infrastructure

• Support configuration and maintenance of core switches, distribution switches, and access switches.
• Assist in configuration and monitoring of firewalls (e.g., Fortinet / others), VPN, and network security policies.
• Maintain WAN connectivity between Corporate and Factory (U1/U2/U3) and coordinate with ISP/vendors.
• Support Wi-Fi network (controller-based), VLAN, and network segmentation as per IT design.

Data Center & Backup

• Assist in operation of Data Center / Server Room including UPS, rack, power, and environmental monitoring.
• Implement and monitor data backup and restore processes for critical systems and databases.
• Maintain backup logs, test restore processes periodically, and report to IT management.
• Support high-availability / redundancy planning where applicable.

Systems Security & Compliance

• Implement and follow IT security standards, patch management, and hardening guidelines.
• Work with IT management to audit infrastructure, close vulnerabilities, and maintain compliance (ISO / audit requirements if any).
• Monitor logs (firewall, servers, AD) and report anomalies or security incidents.

Project Implementation & Documentation

• Participate in infrastructure projects such as new factory setup, network redesign, firewall deployment, Wi-Fi rollout, CCTV integration, IoT / IIoT connectivity, etc.
• Prepare and maintain network diagrams, IP address schemes, server lists, and configuration documentation.
• Prepare SOPs for regular operational tasks in infrastructure and systems.
• Provide L2/L3 support for escalated issues from IT service engineers.
