Experience:
B.Sc. in CSE / EEE / IT from a reputed university.
Fresh graduates & Diploma in Computer Technology from a reputed institute with strong skills & good attitude may be considered for Junior level.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in corporate / factory IT support, preferably in textile, garments, or manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting 100+ users and multi-location environments will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
Hands-on experience in PC/laptop assembly, troubleshooting, and printer maintenance.
Basic understanding of firewall, antivirus, endpoint protection (advantage).
Good communication skills in Bangla & English.
Positive attitude, service mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel to factory locations (Garments, Textile & Spinning) as per requirement
The IT Service Engineer will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to users across corporate and factory locations, ensuring smooth operation of computers, printers, network devices, and business applications. The role includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, user support, and coordination with vendors to ensure high availability of IT services.
