Having Experiences more than 10 Years Marketing & Merchandising Expertise for Woven garments. (With Top/Button)
Having Experiences for large volume of Shirts/Waven garments.
Having good relationship with valued Customers like-ZARA, BESTSELLER, H&M, CK, M&S, PUMA, GAP, NIKE, Wal-Mart, Li & Fung, Levis including others renowned customer also.
Having current brand buyers in hand for Denims (Top/Bottom).
Having Experience in Factory Merchandising also more than 10 years.
Takes responsibility for overall monitoring and supervision of all merchandising and marketing activities for the assigned Buyers.
Setting KPI for the department as well as on time shipment plan also.
Takes responsibility for business development in new markets.
Provides key inputs for the development of new products and markets
Drives the formulation of sales and marketing strategy of the Group
Understands the strategic business requirement of the organization and suggests new capability building based on market intelligence
Tracks and takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company as part of the overall financial targets on sales and profitability and operational targets related to capacity utilization of the plant
Focuses direct marketing initiatives on key international clients leveraging on existing relationships and building new ones
Customer relationship management
Negotiates price and value of company product with customers and finalizes orders
Coordinates with Operations and Integrated Planning for procurement, production planning, and timely dispatch
Coordinates with Production and Quality Assurance departments in addressing customers complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Takes regular developmental feedback from customer on issues regarding quality and delivery schedules
Addresses all customer complaints on a priority basis.
To communicate & coordinate with new and existing buyers on what items to purchase (Styles, brands, colors, sizes)
Achievement of Customer satisfaction, proper production planning to achieve the targeted production and on time shipping the goods.
Work closely with production team to ensure the customer requirements are properly interpreted and executed
Prepare and follow up of Time & Action plan (TNA) to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials to the production feedback perfectly.
According to planned Time & Action Plan (TNA) on regular basis to ensure on time.
Ability to work under pressure as well as in Factory including Shipment execution also.
Materials on time in house & performance monitoring.
Ensure all PCD on time perfectly.
Any other task assigned by Top Management also.
