•The applicants should have experience in the following Garments Sewing Machine Maintenance in Knit and Lingerie.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age 25 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in Auto motion, strong troubleshooting capabilities,

• MS Office, technical documentation, and team supervision.

• Communication and interpersonal skill

• Computer Literacy

• Other Relevant Skills

Responsibilities & Context

• Continuous Operations & Productivity: Ensure smooth, continuous operation of all production machinery in the Garments factory to meet delivery deadlines and production targets.

• Rapid Troubleshooting & Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve equipment faults efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize overall operational efficiency.

• Schedules Maintenance: Monitor, review, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans in strict accordance with machine manuals.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of machine performance, detailed breakdown analyses, and historical troubleshooting activities.

• Team Leadership & Safety Standards: Train and guide subordinates to achieve departmental KPIs while strictly enforcing workplace safety and maintenance regulations.
