Responsibilities & Context:
Hiring a Garment technician for working in China office.
To ensure accurate garment development and bulk production by creating precise measurement specifications, technical files, and fit approvals, while coordinating closely with factory teams to maintain quality, consistency, and buyer requirements.
Measurement Sheet & Fit Control
Develop accurate measurement sheets (spec sheets) for all styles
Conduct:
Proto sample measurement check
Fit sample evaluation
Size set approval
Analyze and correct:
Grading issues
Fit inconsistencies
Maintain measurement tolerance standards as per buyer requirement
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
Garment construction
Pattern making
Grading
Expertise in:
Measurement/spec sheet creation
Fit analysis
Ensure technical feasibility before bulk production
Troubleshoot production issues related to:
Fit
Construction
Measurements
Preferred Profile
Hands-on factory experience (not only office-based)
Strong in measurement + fit + technical troubleshooting
