Experience:

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a reputed university.

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Strong knowledge of woven garments (tops & bottoms), including order execution, costing, sourcing, and buyer handling.

• Experience in production follow-up, T&A management, and shipment coordination.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple buyers and orders.

• Sound knowledge of merchandising operations and commercial processes will be considered an added advantage.

1. Handle buyer communications and maintain strong professional relationships with buyers.

2. Manage product development, costing, and price negotiations effectively.

3. Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

4. Monitor T&A plans and shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

5. Ensure smooth order follow-up from development stage to final shipment.

6. Analyze production status regularly and proactively resolve merchandising-related issues.

7. Support management in achieving business objectives and operational targets.

8. Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
