Experience:
Post Graduation in any discipline from reputed public university.
Post Graduate Diploma in HRM (PGD-HRM) mandatory
Sound knowledge and practical experience in global compliance standards, certifications, and sustainable industry practices.
Willingness to stay inside the mill compound as part of the management team.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent ability to manage people, resolve conflicts, and handle buyer audits.
Proficiency in security management, administrative controls, and operational efficiency.
Oversee and manage HR, Administration, and Compliance functions with full accountability for policy implementation, workforce planning, and strategic people development.
Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and adherence to international standards and certifications, including NIRAPON, RSC, ILO Better Work, USGBC LEED, ISO, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, and other applicable frameworks.
Ensure factory readiness for all types of audits, including Social Compliance, Security, Technical, Environmental, Management, and HR audits.
Ensure implementation of health, safety, security, and CSR initiatives in line with industry best practices
Lead and implement sustainability initiatives aligned with SDGs and the “Roadmap to Zero Discharge” program.
Drive employee engagement programs, grievance handling, industrial relations, and learning & development initiatives.
Oversee administrative operations including security management, space utilization, housekeeping, and support services within the factory premises.
Act as a strategic partner to management by contributing to policy formulation, risk mitigation, and organizational development.
Promote a culture of discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement across HR and compliance functions.
Ensure harmonious employee relations and proactively resolve industrial disputes.
Oversee and ensure smooth functioning of all statutory and internal committees.
Maintain liaison with Government, Semi-Government, and autonomous bodies, as well as other external agencies, to support smooth business operations.
Lead, monitor, evaluate, and develop team members to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
