• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Quality Management.

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the garments industry.

• Strong knowledge of AQL, SOP and buyer quality requirements.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict shipment deadlines.

• Conduct in-line and final audits of garments to ensure compliance with buyer requirements and international quality standards.

• Monitor production processes and identify deviations in stitching, finishing, and packaging.

• Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions to improve quality performance.

• Work closely with production, merchandising, and compliance teams to ensure zero-defect shipments.

• Verify adherence to AQL standards and buyer-specific quality protocols.

• Provide training and guidance to line inspectors and supervisors on quality assurance practices.
