To provide primary healthcare services, emergency medical support, occupational health management, and ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, buyer requirements, and workplace health & safety standards for all employees.
Provide medical consultation and treatment to employees.
Manage first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
Refer critical patients to hospitals or specialist doctors when required.
Monitor treatment progress and follow-up cases.
Conduct pre-employment medical fitness examinations.
Issue fitness certificates, sick leave recommendations, and age-verification reports as required.
Perform regular health check-ups of employees.
Conduct health check-ups and monitor the health condition of maternity employees during pregnancy and post-maternity periods.
Conduct regular health check-ups and monitor the health condition of children in the factory childcare center.
Identify occupational health hazards and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor workplace hygiene, sanitation, and employee well-being.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law, health & safety regulations, and buyer code of conduct.
Maintain medical records, treatment registers, accident records, and health reports as requirement.
Support buyer audits, compliance audits, and government inspections.
Conduct awareness programs on health, hygiene, nutrition, communicable diseases, and occupational safety.
Organize first-aid, CPR, and emergency response training.
Educate employees on preventive healthcare practices.
Manage factory medical center operations.
Ensure adequate stock of medicines, medical equipment, and first-aid supplies.
Supervise nurses, paramedics, and medical assistants.
Maintain medicine inventory and monthly consumption reports.
Participate in fire drills and emergency response activities.
Assist in workplace accident investigations.
Ensure readiness of emergency medical equipment and response procedures.
Any other task assigns by management.
