• The applicant’s should have vast experience in handling Circular Knitting Machine Operation.

• Plan daily/weekly schedules to align with merchandising and shipment targets.

• Estimate machine requirements, working hours, and manpower as per fabric category (Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, Fleece, etc.).

• Monitor line feeding and machine efficiency to avoid downtime and ensure on-time order completion.

• Maintain fabric quality from the yarn stage through the greige stage.

• Monitor critical parameters like GSM, spirality, lycra ratio, and yarn tension.

• Coordinate with QA teams to quickly troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions.

• Oversee machine setup and adjustments for various fabric structures.

• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed to minimize mechanical breakdowns.

• Monitor yarn requisition, issuing, and consumption to control wastage.

• Track inventory stock levels to ensure smooth production flow without supply chain delays.

• Supervise and train shift operators, supervisors, Fitters and helpers.

• Evaluate team performance to improve floor productivity, discipline, and motivation.
