• M.Com./MBA in Accounting or Finance

• Partly Qualified CA/ACCA/ICMAB

• Age At most 45 years

• 10-12 years of working experience with at least 3 years of working in Manager - Accounts & Finance position.

• Honesty & Integrity, Hardworking

• Skills: Accounting Software, Financial Reporting, Tax (VAT/Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (RMG), Trading

• Experience in handling bank-related issues such as Bank reconciliation, Loans & Overdraft management.

• Preparing & maintaining company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, profit and loss account, Income Tax and VAT management etc.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and budgeting processes.

• Knowledge of standard sales, Incentive & procurement system.

• Maintain accurate financial records including daily entries, reconciliations, and supporting documents.

• Monitor office expenses and ensure costs.

• Ensure proper record of inventory of all concerns, and also review the valuation of stock of the company.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to top management.

• Deal with the Bank for credit facilities; Term Loan, Time Loan, LTR, Bank CC etc.
