• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
• Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science

• Age At least 21 years

• Basic understanding of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 and Labour Rules 2015.

• Knowledge of fire safety, emergency response, and occupational safety principles.

• Willingness to learn EHS systems, factory compliance, and safety procedures.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).

• Assist the EHS team in implementing workplace safety, fire safety, and environmental compliance activities in the garment factory.

• Support in conducting Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) under supervision.

• Assist in safety inspections, floor monitoring, and identifying unsafe acts and unsafe conditions in production and support areas.

• Help in conducting fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, and awareness programs.

• Support EHS induction training for new employees, workers, contractors, and visitors.

• Assist in maintaining Permit to Work (PTW) systems such as hot work, electrical work, and maintenance activities.

• Support investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses and assist in root cause analysis.

• Help maintain EHS records, checklists, inspection reports, and documentation.

• Participate in toolbox meetings and safety awareness sessions with workers.

• Assist in ensuring proper use of PPE and basic safety compliance on the factory floor.

• Support environmental monitoring activities including waste management and housekeeping compliance.

• Assist in preparing monthly EHS reports and data collection for KPIs and safety performance tracking.

• Support internal safety audits, buyer compliance audits, and corrective action follow-up under supervision.

• Respond to basic safety and environmental concerns raised by workers and supervisors.
