Strong understanding of ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Production)
Hands-on experience with Oracle/Logic/other ERP systems
Ability to troubleshoot ERP issues and support end-users
Master data management (items, customers, suppliers, COA)
SQL basics and data validation skills
Reporting and month-end reconciliation support
Responsibilities & Context:
Receive, log, prioritize, and resolve user support tickets in accordance with established SLAs.
Provide day-to-day functional support for ERP modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, and Accounts.
Maintain and update master data (items, customers, suppliers, chart of accounts) following approved change-control processes.
Assist in reporting, data validation, and support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
Conduct user training sessions and develop SOPs, quick reference guides, and knowledge-base content.
Coordinate with external vendors for troubleshooting, patch updates, system enhancements, and change-request follow-ups.
