Responsibilities & Context:
Forecasting daily production target
Coordinate with Sewing for order (PO) closing
Follow up hourly production
Coordinate with warehouse to collect the packing trims
Ensure on time shipment , hit the daily production forecast
Work with system ERP to update finishing to shipment
Make cut to ship report
Check the packing accessories (trims) availability for delivery
Output to ship reconciliation report check & ensure.
Take care of the productivity of all finishing activity as well as discipline and quality.
Make daily production plan, short meeting with finishing executive, supervisors to make them conscious about urgency and requirement.
Reporting to superior about production and shipment status.
Annalise the status between receiving and packing report and make effective plan to minimize backlog.
Ensure the quality of packed goods and timely delivery for smooth shipment.
Co-operation with sewing section for getting complete garments accordingly.
In order to individual improvement encourage the employee and trained them for finishing related work for better production.
Communication and co-ordination with merchandisers, warehouse for shipment related information as well as coordination with all production concern department.
Daily production report monitoring, effective target setting for any new style, try to achieve the optimum efficiency.
Handling final inspection.
Maintain 6S / Housekeeping of finishing.
