Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or related discipline.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Strong understanding of textile & spinning processes.

  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS, Oracle Forms, Oracle APEX, SQL, BI Publisher.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), Word & PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead Oracle ERP implementation and provide functional & technical support

  • Support key ERP modules: Order Management, Production, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance & MIS.

  • Develop SQL queries, BI Publisher reports and resolve ERP data mismatches.

  • Coordinate requirement gathering, gap analysis, UAT and process finalization with departments.

  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support across units (Textile & Spinning).

  • Manage Microsoft 365 user administration and system access.

  • Prepare MIS dashboards and analytical reports for planning, production, store & finance.

  • Ensure accuracy, data validation and timely delivery of MIS reports.

  • Maintain close coordination with department heads for report formats and business requirements.

  • Prepare training manuals, SOPs, process maps and user guidelines.

  • Conduct training sessions for smooth ERP adoption.

  • Document system changes, enhancements and business processes.

  • Support cross-functional digital transformation projects and inter-factory ERP rollout.

  • Recommend innovative automation solutions for process improvement.

  • Basic IT support at head office (network, hardware, printers, scanners).
