• Strong knowledge of QA standards, processes, and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with AQL standards, and buyer quality protocols.

• Leadership and team coordination ability.

We are dedicated to ensuring ethical and sustainable practices in our operations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality assurance team.

Quality Planning & Control

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA procedures, SOPs, and inspection standards.
• Plan and conduct in-process, final, and random inspections to ensure quality compliance.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and R&D to ensure quality standards are followed at every stage.
• Ensure products meet customer specifications, buyer standards, and company quality benchmarks.

Inspection & Testing

• Supervise incoming raw materials, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Review test reports and ensure all quality tests (physical, chemical, or functional) are properly documented.
• Identify, segregate, and control non-conforming materials or products.
• Ensure calibration of measuring and testing instruments at defined intervals.

Process Improvement

• Analyze quality performance data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects, rejections, and customer complaints.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain all QA-related documentation, inspection reports, and compliance records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports for management review.

Team Management & Training

• Supervise QA inspectors and ensure adequate training on quality standards.
• Conduct quality awareness sessions for production and operator teams.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to improve inspection accuracy and consistency.
