Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong focus on Training and development growth initiatives, i.e. developing Training Needs Analysis, Training Effectiveness Evaluation and Training calendar.
∎ Conduct initial need analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs (TNA)
∎ Develop content for in-house training and communicate with the facilitator or institutions for off-the-job training.
∎ Design annual training calendar and ensure training accordingly.
∎ Develop and deliver training modules across various categories - soft skills, functional skills, technical skills, behavior and motivational skills
∎ Organize and facilitate training according to the schedule and provide feedback
∎ Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports
∎ Monitor and report the qualitative/quantitative effective and return on investment of training

∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office applications.
∎ Being able to research, develop, analyze, and advise.
∎ Excellent Communication Skills
∎ Having good communication skills in English & Bengali.
