∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGDHRM from BIM will be highly preferred.
∎ PGDHRM from BIM will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for providing comprehensive and effective human resource services that will ensure Recruitment, Retention, Motivation, Performance, Career development, and Harmonious Industrial Relations at all levels and thereby support the business objectives of the company.
∎ Ensuring that the workplace is maintained a very friendly workplace for everyone, especially regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ Ensuring maintenance of all relevant documents and update them continuously.
∎ Ensuring the department's overall operation in a compliance context, making a labor-friendly workplace, reduce LTO and absenteeism.
∎ Responsible for continuously all human resource, employee relation policies, and welfare schemes, taking into account any developments and new trends in the RMG Industry.
∎ Ensuring non-discrimination in the course of employment, paying salary and wages, benefits, and welfare facilities.  No forced employment occurred in the factories, no child/ looking child workers are in practice.
∎ Maintaining company absenteeism and LTO (Direct and In-Direct) and Man to Machine (MMR) Ratio below the Budgeted rates needs to introduce strategic plans.
∎ Ensure that all legal compliances in factories relating to Expatriate registrations/ extensions, License or layout approvals, Labor laws and regulations, Employee relations/harassment, etc.
∎ Maintain good business relations with the authorities that will enable smooth resolving of issues with the Local government.
∎ Ensure the HRIS or payroll is accurate, timeliness, and strict control over cash pay packets and they are accounted as per Government Labor Regulations.
∎ Responsible for complaints or grievances resolved within the agreed timelines.
∎ Liaison with different types of govt. authorities, brands, as well any other stakeholders.
∎ Responsible for ensuring sustainable housekeeping at factories and head office.
∎ Develop strategic solutions to meet workforce demands and labor force trends.
∎ Overseeing the recruitment and selection processes and managing talent to succession planning.
∎ Ensure that all adhere to agreed procedures in recruitment.
∎ Conduct a Training Need Analysis to identify appropriate training needs.
∎ Responsible for different types of surveys and preparing presentations on the results of surveys.
∎ Responsible for publishing different types of job circulars, advertisements, office orders, notices, etc.
∎ Need to work closely with the operational team to identify the development of any potential personnel to ensure that they have career paths within the facility.
∎ Conduct the training need analysis to agree, arrange, and monitor training programs for the staff and above according to the needs and ensure the effectiveness of the programs.
∎ Responsible for the relevant activities are conducted lawfully and humanely all the time.
∎ Ensure that all disciplinary matters are attended to and finalized as per the labor law & labor rules without delays for effectiveness.
∎ Plan and undertake effective CSR projects in the vicinity and the community to develop and retain the Image/Brand Name of the company as a responsible corporate citizen with concern for the community at large.
∎ Responsible for innovative ways and means outside the traditional HR box to motivate and maintain excitement amongst the employees in contributing to the achievement of the company Goals and Objectives.
∎ Execution of company event calendar and employee event calendar for the year.
∎ Inculcate the performance-based workforce-driven culture, coaching teams on Performance Management issues and processes.
∎ Make sure all calculations, measurements, and reporting of all KPIs are as per company.  KPI and ensure all employees are aware of the reporting methods laid down as per the organogram.
∎ Ensure that all subordinates are competent to handle the areas they are responsible for and deployed.
∎ Having sufficient knowledge about different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, RSC-NIRAPON requirements, Social, Ethical, Supply chain security (SCS), ESD, C-TPAT, etc.
∎ Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and driving a good environment, safety, health & social compliance program, and 5S program.
∎ Responsible for general administration related to all tasks.
∎ Ensure that the plant is in line with environmental policies.
∎ Perform additional duties, as and when requested by the Management.
