Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding rules, regulations, and company policies.
Inform management regarding the complaints received from employees.
Ensure employee satisfaction through passing precise information.
Maintain records and update the register on a daily basis.
Coordinate with other departments to escalate and resolve employee queries.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards callers.
