Responsibilities & Context:

Four H Group is a renowned group seeking cooperative, dedicated, and caring Medical Officers with strong knowledge of health and safety in the Garments and Textile Industries, along with practical hands-on experience in this field.

• Conduct regular medical examinations for employees, including pre-employment health checks and periodic medical assessments.

• Provide immediate medical support and first aid treatment in case of workplace injuries or emergencies.

• Organize health and safety awareness programs to help prevent injuries and occupational health risks.

• Maintain all medical records, documents, and registers accurately in the medical room.

• Collaborate with relevant departments to identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive health measures.

• Educate employees on health, hygiene, and disease prevention to promote a healthier workforce.

• Maintain proper inventory records of medical supplies, medicines, and equipment within the facility.

• Ensure effective implementation of company health, hygiene, and safety policies and procedures.

• Maintain good relationships with nearby healthcare providers, hospitals, and emergency services.

• Must have the ability and willingness to work in shifts at different locations within the Chattogram area.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
