Responsibilities & Context:

Four H Group, one of the largest knitwear manufacturing industries in Bangladesh, is seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling challenging production floor activities and must possess sound knowledge in cutting, sewing, finishing, and a solid understanding of Operation Breakdown (OB), Capacity Study (CS), Product Layout Design, SMV Construction, and related technical areas.

  • Monitor daily worker attendance, analyze absenteeism, and balance manpower accordingly across production lines.

  • Perform hourly in-line production monitoring to ensure daily targets are met efficiently.

  • Coordinate and follow up on style changeover processes, including recording QCO (Quick Change Over) time.

  • Conduct Time Study and Motion Study to identify inefficiencies.

  • Detect bottleneck processes and implement strategies to balance the line for optimal performance.

  • Carry out production analysis, particularly on critical processes, to improve operational effectiveness.

  • Implement 5S methodology in the workplace to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.

  • Identify opportunities for operation development and process improvement.

  • Work closely with Sewing Technicians and Line Supervisors for line setting and style setup.

  • Maintain and update Skill Matrix on a weekly or monthly basis.

  • Evaluate skills of new recruits during hiring to ensure proper job alignment.

  • Record and analyze Non-Productive Time (NPT); develop action plans to reduce it.

  • Provide training and guidance to concerned staff to improve productivity and efficiency.

  • Prepare and maintain Cumulative SMV (Cutting - Sewing - Quality - Finishing) for regular styles.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
