Job Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all stitching, Finishing & washing work meets the company’s & buyers quality standards and specifications. / Complete the risk assessment with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Tool

  • Communication: Coordinate with the factory team to communicate production, quality & washing requirements, deadlines, and overall expectations.

  • Main Responsibility: PP meeting, in line, pre-final, final Inspection, DUPRO & closely monitor size set, pilot run and production schedules to ensure right quality and on time delivery.

  • Material Supply Management: Ensure that the correct Materials/ Accessories are received for sewing and packaging.

  • QAFA & CMA: Monitoring and managing all activities within the organization to ensure that they are carried out correctly according to relevant requirements.

  • Compliance: Ensure that factory comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the performance of relevant brand ensuring they meet productivity, quality, and wash deadline targets.

  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or bottlenecks that arise during the stitching & finishing and wash process, including technical or operational challenges.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality and production progress, materials used, and costs, and report to management as required.

  • Training and Development: Training and developing organization employees to meet the customer requirements.

  • Voice of Guest: Maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction with ZERO claims.
