• Pre-Production & Approval Management
  Oversee all washing pre-production activities, including pilot runs, first bulk production, and shade band approvals, ensuring readiness for bulk execution.

• Bulk Production Technical Support
  Handle and resolve all technical difficulties arising during bulk washing operations to ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery.

• Process Engineering & Productivity Improvement
  Drive process optimisation initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, cost control, and operational excellence within washing operations.

• Team Technical Capability Development
  Enhance the technical knowledge and skill level of the washing team through guidance, training, and continuous learning practices.

• Customer Requirement Alignment
  Understand customer expectations and translate them into technical execution by closely working with relevant development and production teams.

• Cross-Functional Coordination
  Coordinate effectively with supportive departments (Production, Quality, IE, R&D, Planning, and Compliance) to achieve company targets and timelines.

• Innovation in Washing Operations
  Lead and implement innovative washing techniques, processes, and technologies to improve quality, sustainability, and competitive advantage.
