Waste Management
Coordinate regular wastage transfer and disposal.
Ensure collect physical wastage from each section and send to allocated area.
Share physical wastage report in WhatsApp group and raise Mail.
Oversee RR (Regular Wastage) shipment management and reporting.
Housekeeping
Oversee regular cleaning tasks (floor scrubbing, glass cleaning, drain line cleaning).
Ensure cleaning materials are properly stocked and available.
Manage the inventory and MR (Material Requisition) for cleaning supplies.
Monitor the supporting staff 29 Green Keepers, 3 Officer 1 Office Assistant 1 Café attendance & Security team.
Manage washroom and restroom cleaning and maintenance.
Tiffin & Tea Management
Oversee tiffin requisition and orders for staff and visitors.
Ensure food quality and timely distribution.
Manage the billing process for tiffin and catering services.
Asset & Essential Utility Equipment’s management
Oversee 74 ACs, 115 Exhaust Fans, 108 Ceiling Fan 40 Stand Fans, 12 Water Filter Kinship Booth, Punch Machine, Scrubbing Machine, Vacuum M/C regular monitoring and make it functional
Oversee furniture management, including inventory and condition assessments.
Manage locker allocations for employees and ensure proper maintenance.
Ensure the availability and tracking of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of assets.
Food and pantry
Monitor 80 employees Lunch, Dinner & Breakfast at Guest House & 20 Employees Lunch at Central Canteen
Ensure Visitors Lunch as per required.
Ensure regular lunch/Dinner for PWD associates.
Cafeteria Management
Ensure availability of required materials for the cafeteria.
Supervise the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness.
Implement SOPs for cafeteria operations.
Ensure high-quality service and food distribution.
Oversee the bill processing for cafeteria services.
Beautification & Tree Plantation
Monitor and coordinate regular watering schedules for plants.
Manage the plantation and beautification of office grounds.
Oversee landscaping efforts and maintain green spaces.
Hues Accommodation
Allocate rooms and manage furniture distribution for 60 Employees & Staff.
Oversee the inventory and maintenance of accommodation-related items.
Software Related work
AMS, MMS, MR, IOU, CAPEX, CASPIO
Monthly around 400 AMS raise for Vehicle and Visitors purpose
Monthly 100 MMS raise and follow-up with Common Maintenance
Raise & settle around 40 IOU/APR for Local & SCM purchase and payment purpose.
Raise 30 MR for Monthly bill & Purchase.
CAPEX/ CASPIO raise as required.
Daily task
Monitoring face Punch, Saline, Tea & Tiffin Distribution.
Common area Management
Coordinate the scheduling and booking of common areas for office use.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of meeting rooms, training rooms, mosques, and dormitories.
Bill Process
Transportation Bill, Security, Tiffin/Iftar & Regular Expenses
Medical & Accident
Ensure Patience hospitalization, Ambulance facilities, Accident reduce & report submit
Admin Team Monitoring
Arrange Training to all Officers, Security & All Green Keepers.
Ensure Development program for Admin Officer (English training/Skilled/Excell/Word/Chat GPT & others)
Make sure duty roaster, Shift covering for admin team
