Job Context :
KDS Textile Mills Ltd, a reputed 100% export orient Knit composite textile factory is looking for a knitting Shift-In Charge who is talented, experience and has vast technical knowledge about circular Knitting Machine of brands Santoni and Mayer& Cie.
Job Responsibilities :
1) Supervises/ coordinates activities of workers engaged in knitting section.
2) Schedules changes in machine set up to produce knitted fabric, according to production schedules issues instructions to Knitting-Machine Fixer.
3) Verifies machine setup & directs repair adjustment of malfunctioning machines.
4) Directs training of workers in setup and operation of machines equipment.
5) Examines knitted fabric produced to detect variations from standards.
6) Yarn Analysis with Knit GSM Balancing by stich length
7) In depth Knowledge knitting fleece fabric.
8) Any other related jobs that may assign by the Management.
