Job Context :
KDS Textile Mills Ltd, a reputed 100% export orient Knit composite textile factory is looking for a Knitting Master who is talented, experience and has vast technical knowledge about circular Knitting Machine of brands Santoni and Mayer & Cie.
Job Responsibilities :
- Fabric analysis.
- Machines setting (Jersey, Fleece, Rib etc)
- Gauge Change.
- Ensure all machines are maintained and serviced as per maintenance schedule.
- Maintain servicing records, Needle records, oil consumption.
- Train and guide machine operators on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Manage multiple knit machines/projects at a time.
- Coordinate requests with manager to parts deliver on time.
- Communicate necessary information to oncoming shift technician about any problems with yarn, machinery or changes coming up.
- Communicate with ongoing technician.
- Identify process improvements to reduce defects, wastage, and downtime.
