We are a reputed woven-based garment factory looking for qualified and self-driven professionals to join our merchandising team.Location: Near Signboard, NarayanganjJob Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full merchandising process from order booking to shipment.

2. Maintain effective communication with buyers and internal departments.

3. Follow up on production planning, commercial activities, and supply chain coordination.

4. Ensure on-time delivery and maintain product quality and compliance.

5. Handle costing, T&A, and material sourcing effectively.

6. Oversee product development, pricing, sampling, and production processes for woven garments.

7. Manage the Critical Path to ensure on-time delivery, from initial concept to final shipment.

8. Handle cost negotiations, order placements, and product approvals.

9. Collaborate with design, production, and quality control teams to maintain the highest standards of product quality.

10. Monitor and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines and resolve any potential delays.

11. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to drive business growth.

12. Maintain strong communication with the buyer and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues.

13. Prepare reports and updates for senior management and the buyer, including order status, production progress, and risk assessments.
