Context: A large knit Composite Garment manufacturing industry is looking for DGM, who will responsible for overall operation for washing part. He should have right attitude, full of energy to learn new technology, design solutions and interact with different internal and external stakeholder to deliver an exact solution.

Job Responsibility:

• Setting annual marketing targets, formulating and implementing budget plan & achieve the target with quality product.

• Meet the company's revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.

• Regular market visit, data collection and analysis to support in determining product prices by identifying buyer needs.

• Ensure maximum utilization of machine, materials and manpower.

• Co-ordinate with higher management & implements the policy for the betterment of the Production department.

• Follow up and monitor the Production schedule and action plan to ensure deadlines are met.

• Support communications and facilitate of issues resolution during bulk production with merchandising and quality management.

• Follow SOP operational policy and procedures.

• Follow up the shipment dates/Responsible for Shipment.

Special Note: Responsible for overall management (Head of the Department) of Operational activities of the Washing department which located at Zirani Bazaar (Opposite to B.K.S.P), Gazipur
