Additional Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in lab operations
Awareness training of ISO 17025.
Test method technical training.
Audit preparation training.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise all laboratory testing activities and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Review and verify test reports to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Conduct tests according to SOPs and maintain all QC parameters.
Manage turnaround time (TAT) and report daily testing status to supervisors.
Ensure proper maintenance of equipment, consumables, and laboratory environment.
Supervise and develop laboratory staff, including training and performance monitoring.
Communicate technical information to internal coordinators and customers when required.
