• Age 20 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Provide shade and quality approval decision to production team for respective buyer.

• Overall follow up the fabric quality and delivery reviewing with buyer standard.

• For buyer LIDL, Kariban,Celio, Pepco, OVS, NKD, Marubeni, Marubani Plus, La-Halle, Teddy Smith having lab test report batch wise of color fastness, Shrinkage /twisting, GSM, hand feel, recovery, appearance against approved standard.

• To ensure the shade through reviewing the approval to bulk.

• Identify the problems analyses the root cause and share with quality head.

• Give technical decision the dyeing finishing for any fail reports and improving quality further when required.

• Responsible to handle the buyer representative (LIDL, Kariban, Pepco,Celio, La-Halle, Mango, OVS, Teddy Smith, Marubeni, Marubeni Plus, NKD) to fulfill their demand as per maintaining the product quality manual.

• Follow up batch to batch fabric dyeing, Finishing and quality status and report to department head.

• Ensure finish fabric delivery maintaining all quality and test requirements of respective buyer.

• Ensure all required package like as Rib, Collar, S/J tube drawstring, Twill tape etc.

• Any other quality related job assign by the management.
